Este artículo se centra en el estudio de las tensiones entre la autonomía progresiva de los hijos y la responsabilidad parental. Pretende demostrar que el Código Civil y Comercial argentino las resuelve de un modo coherente, pues estimula y respeta el tránsito del niño y adolescente hacia su independencia, al tiempo que reconoce el papel relevante de los padres para garantizar con plenitud la protección de sus derechos This paper focuses on the study of the tensions between the progressive autonomy of the child and parental responsibilities. It aims at demonstrating that the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina resolves these tensions coherently since it encourages and respects the transition of the child and adolescent into his independence while it recognizes the relevant role of parents to guarantee the full protection of their rights
