El presente artículo analiza la institución arbitral del CIADI desde un punto de vista estructural. Así, se estudia su origen, función, composición y jurisdicción, haciendo hincapié en las características y el procedimiento arbitral que en dicha institución tiene lugar. This paper analyzes the CIADI arbitral institution from a structural point of view. Thus, we study their origin, function, composition and jurisdiction, emphasizing the characteristics and the arbitral procedure that in this institution it takes place.
