El gestor de carteras de valores de inversión está obligado a informar a los clientes de la adquisición de valores y de su posterior evolución. Debe, asimismo, adquirir valores que resulten coherentes con el riesgo que el cliente desea asumir, y no por encima de ese nivel de riesgo. The investment portfolios manager is obliged to inform customers of the acquisition of securities and their subsequent evolution. The manager also must acquire values that are consistent with the risk that the client wishes to take, and not above that level of risk.
