El artículo realiza un estudio de las compensaciones económicas entre cónyuges reguladas por el nuevo Código Civil y Comercial argentino, en el marco del divorcio incausado. Pasa revista de sus presupuestos legales, caracteres, naturaleza jurídica y, finalmente, se detiene la posibilidad de renunciar a su reclamo mediante un pacto de previsión de la crisis matrimonial The article analyzes pecuniary compensations between spouses regulated by the new civil and commercial code of argentina, in relation to no-fault divorce; it examines its legal budgets, features and legal nature.; it also states the possibility that spouses can waive their claims by an agreement of forecast about marital crisis.
