Vamos a tratar de demostrar en el presente análisis que la verdadera falacia no se da en el iusnaturalismo sino en el naturalismo, por entender la naturaleza humana de una forma distorsionada. De este modo el iusnaturalismo es un aspecto del racionalismo, o mejor del intelectualismo, en el ámbito del Derecho, que ha ido despojando a los diversos modos de entender la naturaleza humana de los distintos errores que históricamente se le iban adhiriendo.   ABSTRACT We will try to show in this analysis that the real fallacy is not in natural law but in naturalism, to understand human nature in a distorted way. Thus the natural law is an aspect of rationalism, even intellectualism, in law theory, which has helped to eliminate errors that historically accompanied the different ways of understanding human nature.
