El presente estudio trata de ofrecer una visión de la acción popular desde una perspectiva constitucional. Para ello se procederá a hablar de su regulación dentro de la Constitución Española de 1978, haciendo referencia a la regulación de desarrollo y problemas que presenta esta regulación con lo indicado por el constituyente The present study aims to provide an overview of actio popularis from a constitutional perspective.
