A lo largo del presente artículo analizamos la jurisprudencia del TEDH sobre la libertad de expresión de los jueces. Hacemos especial referencia a las restricciones sobre la misma, en particular, a aquellas que se derivan del deber de imparcialidad al que están sometidos los magistrados. Throughout the present paper we analyze the case-law of the ECHR on the freedom of expression of judges. We refer specially to the restrictions on it, in particular, to those that derive from the duty of impartiality to which the magistrates are subject.
