This work analyzes the two cases of resolution of the sale of consumer goods contained in the regulation of the TRLGDCU. The resolution due to the lack of delivery of the good to the consumer is studied, such as that produced by the lack of conformity of the good with the contract, based on the regulation, analysis and practical application of the resolution for default of art. 1124 of the Civil Code.
