El escrito hace pie conceptual en la convergencia de los testimonios sobre la violencia del terrorismo de Estado y la operatoria del sistema desaparecedor que la sustentó durante la última dictadura militar en Argentina (1976-1983). ¿De qué manera se entraman el testimonio jurídico, periodístico, literario y cinematográfico en la producción de verdad y en la consistencia de un saber sobre lo ocurrido en esos años? El trabajo revisa tres tipos de testimonios (judicial, literario, cinematográfico) sobre la fuga de detenidos ilegales en el centro clandestino de detención Atila/Mansión Seré, que tuvo lugar en la madrugada del 24 de marzo de 1978. The paper makes conceptual standing on the convergence of testimonies on the state terrorism violence and the way in which operates the disappearing system that supported it during the last military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983). How the legal, journalistic, literary and film testimonies interweave in producing truth and in the consistency of knowledge about what happened in those years? The paper reviews three types of testimonies (judicial, literary, film) on the escape of illegal prisoners from the center clandestine of detention Atila/Mansión Seré, which took place on the morning of March 24, 1978.
