El artículo 1261 del Código civil español exige la concurrencia de hasta tres requisitos en orden a la perfección del contrato, como son el consentimiento, el objeto y la causa. Este trabajo persigue aportar algunos elementos de reflexión en torno a ellos y su necesidad o superfluidad : Consent, object and cause are the three conditions that article 1261 of the Civil Code requires for the conclusion of a contract. This paper seeks to provide a few points to consider about them that could help in pondering if they are necessary or they should be removed instead.
