El presente artículo estudia la regulación de la nulidad procesal en el Código Procesal boliviano de 2013. El trabajo se plantea un acercamiento práctico al tema a partir de cuatro cuestiones que buscan recoger los temas más relevantes de su regulación, como son el estándar de validez establecido, el papel que cumplen la convalidación y la subsanación, las facultades oficiosas del juez en la declaración de nulidad y la extensión de ésta. This article is about the nullity of procedural acts in the Bolivian Civil Procedure Code (2013). It presents a practical approach to the subject from four questions, looking to pick the most relevant issues of regulation, such as the standard of validity, the role validation and correction, the ex-officio powers of the court and the extension of the nullity declaration.
