El presente trabajo analiza la viabilidad que el recientemente modificado régimen legal del traslado internacional del domicilio social de las sociedades mercantiles españolas, puede tener, a la hora de garantizar la movilidad societaria internacional. Con este fin, se analiza no sólo el procedimiento de salida, sino también el procedimiento previsto para que sociedades extranjeras puedan trasladarse definitivamente a España. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the newly amended Spanish legal regulation of the international transfer of registered office of Spain's business companies, in order to ensure international corporate mobility for them. To this end, we analyze not only the emigration procedure, but also the procedure provided for foreign companies to move permanently to Spain.
