The paper aims to reconstruct the urban appearance of Santa Margherita Belice and of its most significant architectures before the earthquake in Belice (1968), that caused considerable damage to the architectural heritage of the city The study carried out by the bibliographical archival and iconographic sources, explor in particular the study of most significant architecture. In particular analyzes the Filangeri Cutò palace, the mother-church and the Venaria.
