L’articolo esamina il processo legislativo nell’ordinamento iraniano. Seguendo un modello previamente determinato che agevola la comparazione con gli altri ordinamenti presi in esame all’interno del volume, si è esaminata la forma di governo, la composizione e le funzioni del Parlamento, il sistema delle fonti, le problematiche inerenti alla sovranità divina e popolare, il procedimento legislativo ordinario e il procedimento di revisione costituzionale. The article analyses the legislative procedure in the Islamic Republic of Iran. A particular attention is given to the form of State, the composition and the functions of the Parliament, the sources of law, the relationship between the divine and the popular sovranity. In addition it examines the ordinary legislative procedure and the constitutional revisional procedure, focusing on the role of the Guardian’s Council in the interpretation of the Islamic Constitution.
