description

And the capacity (or the incapacity) of the actors Co-to write the scenario of their future within a widened framework, the U.E, in connection with local dimension. Vision of the territory lived and the urban context is upset. Any kind of local actors, from citizens to business men through political, are facing to the jamming of territories and space references, which results from mobility, immateriality. Invisible and virtual space takes an increasing weight and, on the same time, territorial dynamics supposes a double communication: bottom up and signal down. It became obvious for the actors in charge on the management of physical and virtual space, that the control of this complexity requires lots of information of quality on the territory. Our aim into this article is to show, explain main characteristics of what we call 'territorial intelligence' that it can face contemporary challenge.
