The new legal definition of less serious negligence, made by LO 2/2019, of March 1, does not solve the problems of definition, nor the problems of delimitation with other degrees of negligence, which were already raised with the introduction of this new category by LO 1/2015, of March 30. Neither does it serve to guarantee a correct legal qualification of the negligence. Therefore, this work questions the need for theses reforms.
