description

This essay considers a little group of inscriptions which are part of an archaeological collection, formed in Rome and now preserved in the Prehistoric Museum of Valencia. Ten of the sixteen latin inscriptions here considered are pagan, five Christian and one post-classical; for every piece there¿s a short description and a picture, an interpretative transcription and a commentary. Most of texts have a funerary character, except for one, which is probably honorary, and the post-classical text which contains an exorcism against the devil.
