<em>This study aims to determine the intensity of the attack of termites that attack various cocoa clones at Unipa Agricultural Station in Anggori, Manokwari. The study was conducted at the Experimental Farm UNIPA, Anggori Manokwari is located at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. The method used in this research is descriptive method with observation, which was preceded by several stages of the research consisted of observations of cocoa planting conditions and surroundings, collection of plants that are still alive and giving the number of plants found in each plot observations. In addition, each clone plants are attacked by termites cocoa marked and assessed the level of attacks. The results showed that the 22.54% cacao plants in Unipa Agricultural Station attacked by termites with the intensity of attacks on various cocoa clones varied from 10% - 100%. In addition, the results also revealed that cocoa clones of high intensity and high enough attack obtained successively at KA2-106 clones and clone GS-29; whereas free termite attack is clones ICS 2, ICS 60, APM 10001, APM 10002, APM 10003, APM 10004, DR 2, PHN 1 x PHN 19, TSH 585, TSH 654, K 24-103 x K 1-103, K 24-203 x K 1-103, KA 6-106 x SELF, KA 5-104 x KA 6-101, PA 150, C 60-1, CAMPURAN,PURBOWO, INAMBERI</em>
