En el trabajo se expone el régimen de la información sobre riesgos del tratamiento médico desde una perspectiva comparatista, poniendo en relación las regulaciones vigentes sobre el particular en el ordenamiento jurídico español, el case law del Reino Unido y el Draft Common Frame of Reference. The paper exposes the regulation of the information on risks of medical treatment from a comparative point of view, connecting the applicable rules on the subject in Spanish Law, English case law and the Draft Common Frame of Reference.
