El siguiente estudio nos facilita un acercamiento a la llamada 'custodia compartida', no sólo en el CC español, sino también en la legislación autonómica valenciana, tal como se aplica por los Tribunales, antes y después de la reforma del CC español llevada a cabo por la ley 15/2005. This study allows us an approach to the so called 'shared custody', not only in the Spanish Civil Code, buy also in the law of the Valencian Community, such as it´s implemented by the Tribunals, before and after the reform of the Spanish Civil Code by law 15/2005.
