espanolEl siguiente ensayo tiene como proposito explorar la conformacion de tres blogs literarios y uno perteneciente al mundo del arte a la luz del concepto de politica cultural sostenido por el antropologo y filosofo argentino Nestor Garcia Canclini. Analizaremos en que consisten cada uno de ellos, veremos que practicas culturales instituyen en relacion a practicas y saberes previos; como otorgan visibilidad a nuevos actores sociales; de que manera generan vinculos nuevos en relacion a la produccion, la circulacion y la recepcion del arte y la literatura; desde que concepcion de la cultura trabajan; que aspectos podrian tomar para replicar otras instituciones ya sean publicas, privadas o del tercer sector. Consideramos que la exploracion y analisis de este tipo de experiencias contribuye por un lado, al estudio de las relaciones entre literatura, artes y nuevas tecnologias pero tambien al estudio de caracteristicas novedosas propias de la red que podrian implementarse en otros ambitos en los que se piensen, proyecten y lleven a cabo politicas culturales. EnglishThe following essay aims to explore the formation of three literary blogs and one of them belonging to the art world after the concept of cultural policy held by the anthropologist and philosopher Nestor Garcia Canclini. The article analyze the three examples, seeking for what cultural practices they held in relation to previous knowledge and practices, how to give visibility to new social actors how create new links in relation to the production, circulation and reception of art and literature, from what conception of culture they work, what aspects could be taken to replicate institutions whether public, private or third sector. We believe that the exploration and analysis of these experiences contributes on the one hand, to the study of the relationships between literature, arts and new technologies but also to the study of new features characteristic of the network that could be implemented in other areas in which they think, designed and carried out cultural policies.
