Undoubtedly, one of the most important labour obligations that companies must been during the present pandemic caused by COVID-19 relates to safety and hygiene measures on behalf of its employes. This is completely necessary to prevent them from spreading to the virus in the provision of their work services. In this brief study I will comment on the main OCP obligations to be adopted in relation to COVID-19 and I will expose the different types of responsability that companies in case of not complying with the necessary health and hygiene measures at work
