Malgrat la relació existent entre la inversió en ciència i tecnologia i el desenvolupament econòmic d’una societat, per a la Generalitat Valenciana la ciència és un afegit bonic que pot fer somiar però que no porta diners immediats. Per això han deixat amb un pressupost insuficient el Centre d'Investigació Principe Felipe (CIPF), cosa que ha comportat l'acomiadament de 114 investigadors i tècnics reconeguts internacionalment. Although a clear relationship exists between investment in science and technology and economic development of society, for the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Government) science is a nice addition that makes dream but can not bring immediate cash. Therefore they have left without a sufficient budget Prince Felipe Research Center (CIPF), which has led to the dismissal of 114 internationally recognized researchers and technicians.
