El presente trabajo expone las modificaciones sustanciales que la Ley 3/2014 ha operado sobre el anterior TRLGDCU, centrándose básicamente en la influencia que ha tenido la Directiva 2011/83/UE sobre el concepto de consumidor y usuario y el derecho de información y de desistimiento, así como su especial incidencia en la unificación del régimen de los contratos a distancia y fuera del establecimiento mercantil. The present work analyzes substantial amendments to Law 3/2014 affecting the TRLGDCU, focusing on the influence that Directive 2011/83/EU has had on the concept of consumer and user and the right of information and withdrawal, as well as its special effect on the unification of the regime of distant commercial contracts.
