The article contains presentation of different kinds of addictions connected with female experiences depicted in Patrycja Pustkowiak’s novel The Night Animals. These story arcs create a portrait of the main character based on the literary category of antiheroism and the most important ideas of corporeal feminism. The analysis of the metaphor “the night animals” on the basis of four examples brings the conclusion that social exclusion is caused by alcoholism, drug addiction and hard pornography addiction.
