Estudio comparativo del Registro Central de Delincuentes sexuales establecido en España y del modelo estadounidense. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar las consecuencias negativas derivadas de la publicidad de los registros de los delincuentes sexuales. Así mismo, pretendemos observar cómo afecta dicha regulación a la reducción de la reincidencia en este determinado tipo de delitos. Comparative study of Sexual Offender Registry in Spain and United States. The purpose of this essay was to show the negatives consequences that occurred with a sex offenders registration. And how it affects to reduction in recidivism.
