The problems that arise in the preparation of the anastomoses of channelicular organs have not found a unique solution. In fact, when it is necessary to proceed to the synthesis of very small gauge hollow organs as in the accreting subjects (infants) the risk of formation of a stenosis is always present despite the various techniques practiced. In recent years several experimental researches have been carried out in order to verify the validity of biological adhesives in intestinal anastomoses in rapidly growing animals.
