The world of youth communication has evolved massively in these past few years. Nowadays it is merely impossible that a young person hasn’t met or talked to a foreign friend, not just one living in their neighborhood. This impacts the communication not only between those foreign friends, but also friends in school, work or on the street. It changes how young people talk to each other, and changes the language of youth overall. The core point of my work is to do a research on these kinds of intercultural communications, and analyze these results. I will compare how young people communicate with people from different nationalities. Of course English is used the most in any country, because it’s the language that has affected almost all of the world’s languages, and young people are among those, who use it the most. Digital Material, gained from the social Networking program Skype will be used to show and compare how this communication between the young people from different cultures happen. My paper consists of six parts: an introduction, four chapters and conclusions.
