Accurate staging of patients with Neuroblastoma is essential for prognosis and for determining the most appropriate treatment. The neoplastic involvement of regional lymph-nodes (l.n.) is an important prognostic feature; the surgical exploration of these L.n. is mandatory for localized neuroblastoma (NBL) (stage I and II) in wich surgery represent the main treatment.
