Existen diversas formas para garantizar el cumplimiento de obligaciones contempladas en la legislación mexicana. De entre ellas, destaca el contrato de fideicomiso de garantía que, a diferencia de otras formas tradicionales de garantizar obligaciones como la prenda e hipoteca, otorga distintas ventajas a las partes que celebran este contrato There are several ways to ensure compliance with obligations under Mexican law.
