Resumen: Este trabajo presentará una breve reflexión sobre la trayectoria de los Derechos Humanos en Brasil, particularmente en lo que se refiere al derecho a la Educación y analizará el Proyecto de Ley Escuela sin Partido (PLS 193/2016) que pretende incluir en la Ley de Directrices y Bases de la Educación Brasileña (1996) el dicho proyecto. Abstract:  This paper will present a brief reflection on the trajectory of Human Rights in Brazil, particularly as it relates to the right to Education and will analyze the School Law Project without Party (PLS 193/2016) that it intends to include in the Law of Guidelines and Bases of the Brazilian Education (1996) the said project.
