El objetivo de este material docente es presentar los principales documentos de registro en Trabajo Social en España: la Ficha Social, la Historia Social y el Informe Social. Se describen sus contenidos, características así como las diferencias entre ellos, poniendo especial atención al Informe Social. The purpose of this teaching material is to present the main registration documents in Social Work in Spain: the Social Record, the Social History and the Social Report. Its contents, features as well as the differences between them are described, paying special attention to the Social Report.
