Il volume raccogliei testi delle lezioni introduttive di Cultura islamica tenutesi a Mazara del Vallo nel 2019 con l'intento di proporre al lettore degli argomenti di livello scientifico ma di carattere divulgativo. La cornice è quella di un contesto che desidera far conoscere e tenere vivo un antico legame con gli abitanti giunti da una sponda che non si vuole definire "opposta", ma piuttosto transfrontaliera e che quotidianamente ci attraversa e con noi si interseca. The volume collects the texts of the introductory lessons of Islamic culture held in Mazara del Vallo in 2019 with the aim of proposing to the reader topics of a scientific level but informative.
