The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the crucial role of legal science for the practical side of the law, while analyzing in detail the statutes' reform of Bergamo (1331). Il saggio presenta l’iter metodologico utilizzato per l’analisi dello stato di conservazione e delle problematiche di accessibilità presenti nell’Oratorio del Santissimo Rosario di Palermo, edificato nel sec. XVII, con la ricca decorazioni di stucchi, opera pregevolissima di Giacomo Serpotta, per giungere ad una proposta di restauro e di accessibilità allo stesso. La ricerca è stata condotta all’interno del Laboratorio di restauro e Teoria e storia del restauro e ha visto protagonisti le allievi e gli allievi del corso LM4 in Architettura del Dipartimento di Palermo. XIX wieku na przykładzie Wspomnień z dzieciństwa Zofii Kowalewskiej (1850-1891), wybitnej rosyjskiej matematyczki, utalentowanej pisarki i publicystyki. Autorka zapisków okres dzieciństwa i wczesnej młodości spędziła na obrzeżach imperium carskiego, w rodzinnym majątku Palibino. Adolfo Rossi (1857-1921) was a figure of relevance in the Italy of the XIX century. Native of the province of Rovigo, in the region of Veneto, aself-taught person, he was first a poor emigrant to the USA who became a journalist and combatant at the end of the century, hired by the most important newspapers; then, he was an itinerant inspector at the Commissariato Generale dell'Emigrazione (1902) and, finally, he was a diplomat in the Americas (from 1908) charged with duties in the Ministero italiano degli Esteri. The study of the syntactic variation of the dialects of a language is a good instrument to understand the general properties of language and the syntactic principles that govern the limits of variation in sentence structure. This paper deals with two topics of Catalan sintax, which are given different solutions by the speakers depending on the dialects. One of them is at the interface between syntax and morphology; the other, at the interface between syntax and semantics. The both are related to agreement: morphological features agreement and lexical features agreement.
