Il vocabolo “extraneus”, preso in prestito da categorie concettuali di altre branche del diritto, può essere foriero di ambiguità. Esso definisce, appunto, un un estraneo: un forestiero che ha fatto ingresso nella magi-stratura (o per lo meno nelle sue funzioni), attraverso una via eccentrica rispetto al tradizionale concorso. Structure ofD-ribonic acid-dimethyltin(IV) in coordinating solvents: an experimental and DFT119Sn NMR study

We have investigated a newly synthesized complex of D-ribonic acid with dimethyltin(IV). The structure of the complex in solution has been characterized by means of 1 H, 13 C, and 119 Sn NMR and by DFT calculations. The comparison of experimental and computational results allowed the determination of the stable conformation in solution as well as the detection of a dimerization process. Moreover, evidence is given of active coordination of the metal by the solvent.

The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. Nowadays studies focused on these elements are increasing to assess the possibility to their use in the traceability to effectively determining the geographical wine origin. Our cities should be designed to accommodate everybody, including children. We will not move toward a more sustainable society unless we accept that children are people with transportation needs, and ‘bussing’ them around, or providing parental limousine services at all times, will not lead to sustainability. We examined whether urban environmental change drives parallel evolution by sampling 110,019 white clover plants from 6169 populations in 160 cities globally. Plants were assayed for a Mendelian antiherbivore defense that also affects tolerance to abiotic stressors. Urban-rural gradients were associated with the evolution of clines in defense in 47% of cities throughout the world.
