En este artículo analizamos las luchas epistemológicas y retos que ha tenido el movimiento social en la subcuenca del río Grande frente a los diversos proyectos modernizadores que intentan transferir el agua rural hacia la ciudad de Málaga. El primero asociado a la construcción de un gran embalse y el segundo con la modernización de los sistemas de riego tradicionales. Concluimos que el reto está en desenmascarar el régimen de verdad que respalda los proyectos de modernidad hidráulica, reivindicar los derechos de uso y control colectivos del agua y así generar procesos de apropiación comunitaria para la defensa del río como un bien socio-ambiental, económico-cultural y político-epistemológi…

Artykuł podejmuje problem obsadzania mandatów bez głosowania w wyborach do rad gmin w gminach liczących do 20 tys. mieszkańców. W stosunku do wyborów z 2014 r. liczba takich przypadków wzrosła w 2018 r. o 77%. Wydaje się, że obowiązujące prawo wyborcze, w szczególności art. 418 § 1 (podział gmin na jednomandatowe okręgi wyborcze), art. 434 § 1 i 2 (zasady organizacji wyborów w przypadku zgłoszenia liczby kandydatów równej liczbie mandatów do obsadzenia) i art. 478 § 2 (tryb zgłaszania kandydatów na wójta lub burmistrza) Kodeksu wyborczego, w połączeniu z uwarunkowaniami lokalnej rywalizacji wyborczej, może sprzyjać powstawaniu zjawiska niekonkurencyjnych wyborów, które skutkują m.in. spadki…

In contemporary societies we are witnessing an expansion of the messages of human capital. These messages have as their central dimension idea of the self-entrepreneur, which implies a deepening in the logic of activation, while blurring the wage relations. In this scenario, young people with university degrees are becoming a favourite target in the offensive of human capital. The penetration of these human capital messages can be seen in the discourses of young university students who have been forced to leave the country during the crisis.
