Scopo del contributo è l’analisi del Photojournal, un dispositivo fototestuale autobiografico che Annie Ernaux compone come premessa al volume delle sue opere, Écrire la vie (Gallimard, 2011). La sezione biografica del volume diventa una premessa autobiografica, dove l’autrice compone 70 foto e 100 brani dei suoi diari per spiegare le ragioni della sua scrittura. Le foto illustrano la realtà materiale e i diari esprimono la realtà soggettiva: le due condizioni che hanno permesso la scrittura delle opere dell’autrice. This article, conceived within the theoretical framework of autobiographical literature, is an attempt to contribute to the clearing up of some of the keys to its interpretation. The fictional and testimonial work of the author makes up a coherent and original autobiographical space.

Artemisinin represents a showcase example not only for the activity of medicinal herbs deriving from traditional chinese medicine, but for phytotherapy in general. Its isolation from Sweet Wormwood (qinhao, Artemisia annua L.) represents the starting point for an unprecedent success story in the treatment of malaria worldwide. Beyond the therapeutic value against Plasmodium parasites, it turned out in recent years that the bioactivity of artemisinin is not restricted to malaria. We and others found that this sesquiterpenoid also exerts profound anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo. Construction of the A-4 Motorway section in the Opole Region begun in Summer 1997. Very soon vigorous resistance of ecological NGOs was encountered. The bone of contention was the section of motorway that passes through the Góra Świętej Anny Landscape Park and verges the natural reserve of strict protection Ligota Dolna where rare species of thermophilic plants are sheltered. Between 2011 and 2013 a detailed mycological, geobotanical, floristic and fauna research took place within the right-of-way of the A-4 Motorway section crossing the Góra Świętej Anny Landscape Park in the Opole Region.
