The management of cancer patients has changed due to the considerably more frequent use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICPIs). However, the use of ICPI has a risk of side effects, particularly endocrine toxicity. Since the indications for ICPI are constantly expanding due to their efficacy, it is important that endocrinologists and oncologists know how to look for this type of toxicity and how to treat it when it arises. Objectives To apply Wolff’s Criteria to hospital discharge records (HDR) in order to detect adverse events worthy of further study. Methods Gynecology and Obstetrics Units of three Sicilian hospitals were considered and HDR regarding ordinary and day hospital admissions in 2008 were collected. A matched case-control study was designed, by random selection of 10 controls at maximum for each case. Introduction: Steroids and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) are widely used in the treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Dermatologic adverse events including psoriasis have been reported in treatment of various inflammatory diseases (1-3). However, data regarding the occurrence of dermatologic adverse events in JIA patients are scarce (4-6). Objectives: To determine the prevalence of dermatologic adverse events in JIA patients treated with systemic steroids and DMARDs. To investigate an association between drugs and dermatologic adverse events and the association between anti-TNF treatment and psoriasiform lesions.
Durability of Dolutegravir-Based Regimens: A 5-Year Prospective Observational Study

This study evaluates the frequency and causes of dolutegravir (DTG) discontinuation along 5 years of follow-up, in both antiretroviral treatment (ART)-naive and experienced people living with HIV (PLWH). This is a prospective multi-center cohort study enrolling PLWH on DTG from July 2014 until November 2020. DTG-durability was investigated using the Kaplan-Meier survival curve. The Cox proportional-hazards model was used for estimating the hazard ratio (HR) of DTG discontinuation for any cause, and for adverse events (AEs).
