Background This study presents a novel methodology for estimating all-age, population-based incidence rates of norovirus and other pathogens that contribute to acute gastroenteritis in the United States using an integrated healthcare delivery system as a surveillance platform. Background In Argentina, HIV prevalence among transgender women (TGW) has been reported at 34%. The stigma is one of the most important factors limiting their access to healthcare services. The aims of this study were to compare different HIV testing methodologies, to determine the factors associated with HIV diagnosis and to determine the feasibility of a home-based HIV testing service for TGW. Este estudio examina la colaboración científica a través de los patrones de coautoría en una muestra de revistas españolas de Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte (CCAFD). También analiza los principales grupos de investigación y disciplinas del campo multidisciplinar de las CCAFD. Se analizaron la frecuencia y porcentaje de los artículos en colaboración y el número de autores por artículo. Biotic recovery after the end-Triassic extinction event: Evidence from marine bivalves of the Neuquén Basin, Argentina

We analyze the Late Triassic extinction and Early Jurassic recovery of bivalve faunas within marine environments in the Atuel River area of the Neuquén Basin, Argentina. Data were collected from a hundred samples with invertebrates in a well-exposed uppermost Triassic to lower Jurassic section in the Neuquén Basin (southern Mendoza Province, Argentina) and allow a high-resolution reconstruction of the local diversity dynamics. En este trabajo, presentamos la redescripción de una especie terrestre muy poco conocida: Cylicobdella costaricae, caracterizando su morfología externa e interna; esta última se mantenía completamente desconocida hasta la fecha. In this study, we assess the dynamic evolution of short-term correlation, long-term cointe-gration and Error Correction Model (hereafter referred to as ECM)-based long-term Granger causality between each pair of US, UK, and Eurozone stock markets from 1980 to 2015 using the rolling-window technique.
