Any civil law student knows that most of provisions in any European or Latin American civil code derive from Roman law, that they were the outcome of a long and gradual scholarly elaboration extending from 12th century glossators to the natural lawyers of the 18th century. However, there is no such consensus about criminal law. Summary During the last 30 years, many public administration reforms promoted by New Public Management have been undertaken. These reforms have spread to Latin-American countries and include changes in governmental accounting systems, where the implementation of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) has been a stimulus for modernization. This article aims to clarify the situation of IPSASs implementation in the Latin-American context as well as the stimuli for and effects of their implementation. Maģistra darbā tiek pētīts Puritāņu sievišķības un Indiāņu ‘mežonības’ atspoguļojums Mērijas Rovlandsones, Hannas Dustonas un Mērijas Džemisones nebrīves stāstījumos. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā tiek pētīti avoti par puritānismu, puritāņu reliģiskajiem uzskatiem un attiecībām starp puritāņu kolonistiem un indiāņiem. Pētījumā iekļauta arī teorija par nebrīves stāstījumiem un sieviešu lomu tajos. Este estudio examina la colaboración científica a través de los patrones de coautoría en una muestra de revistas españolas de Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte (CCAFD). También analiza los principales grupos de investigación y disciplinas del campo multidisciplinar de las CCAFD. Se analizaron la frecuencia y porcentaje de los artículos en colaboración y el número de autores por artículo. Se revisaron las redes de colaboración de los autores más productivos para identificar grupos de investigación y se calculó la densidad para conocer su cohesión. Leptoglossus occidentalis è una cimice che si alimenta degli strobili e dei semi delle conifere appartenenti alla famiglia delle Pinaceae. Le neanidi di I età hanno un comportamento gregario che favorisce la sopravvivenza degli individui, in analogia a quanto visto in altre specie appartenenti allo stesso genere (Wheeler et al., 1990). L’individuazione dei composti semiochimici che influenzano questo comportamento potrebbe portare allo sviluppo di nuovi metodi di controllo di L. occidentalis. Il 13 luglio 2000 il Congresso americano sanciva l’urgenza del riconoscimento del lavoro degli afro-americani nella realizzazione del Campidoglio di Washin¬gton, D.C., promuovendo a tal fine la costituzione di una commissione dedicata allo studio del tema (Risoluzione 130, 106° Congresso, 2° sessione). Una decisione che, oltre un secolo e mezzo dopo il completamento dell’edifi¬cio-simbolo della nazione, voleva riconoscere in via ufficiale il ruolo fondamentale svolto dalla forza-lavoro afro americana, restituendo in questo modo alla Storia una più esatta visione del processo che ha portato al suo completamento.
