Se analizan los debates y las comunicaciones del VI Seminario de Historia Agraria en la sesión dedicada a los poderes locales en la España del siglo XIX. Se sitúa la discusión en la problemática del cambio social, las actitudes y la conflictividad colectivas. The various discussions and papers from the 4th Seminar on Agrarian History in its meeting about the local authorities in the 19th-century Spain, are discussed. Reflexions on the introduction of the vocabulary of regulation in the field of law during the XVIIIth century and on its contemporary use

According to a recurring lesson, the vocabulary of regulation would be of late introduction in the law language. Indeed, law professors substantiate this theory, conveyed by the sociologists : this word family would have first been introduced by the social sciences at the end of the XIXth century, before any use by the world of law. On the dynamics of disobedience: experimental investigations of defying unjust authority.

Across six Experimental conditions with university student participants (N=600), we examined some of the dynamics underlying expressed defiance to unjust authority. Results revealed disobedience was best enacted by participants low in right-wing authoritarianism and was more likely to occur when: 1) in physical proximity of other rebels, 2) the authority made two demanding requests instead of one, and 3) there had been an earlier opposition to injustice. Results are discussed within the theoretical framework of bounded rationality.
