Il presente contributo analizza la recente riforma in materia di tutela penale dei beni culturali. Lungi però dal voler fornire un quadro generale della stessa, l’articolo si concentra esclusivamente su due profili problematici, entrambi presumibilmente figli di una non adeguata ponderazione delle scelte di incriminazione. Sotto un primo profilo, si analizzano le possibili censure di irragionevolezza sanzionatoria della recente normativa se paragonata alla disciplina prevista dalla legge n. 45/2009. Lo studio analizza la complessa materia della disciplina fiscale dei beni confiscati e sequestrati alla criminalità organizzata alla luce delle ultime modifiche apportate al c.d. Codice Antimafia; viene evidenziato che le citate modifiche si caratterizzano per la loro frammentarietà ed asistematicità e che è, quindi, auspicabile che l 'attività di revisione di tale Codice ponga attenzione anche alle disposizioni fiscali che incidono in modo rilevante sulla possibilità di rendere economicamente efficiente e proficua la gestione dell'ingente patrimonio oggetto delle misure di prevenzione.

The delta13C values of air and plants depend on the amount of atmospheric fossil fuel CO2, which is chiefly emitted in urban areas. A new indicator of CO2 pollution is tested using the delta13C variation in a C4 grass: Eleusine indica. A range of about 4 per thousand delta units was observed at different sites in Cotonou, the largest city in the Republic of Benin. This paper describes a work aimed at improving the conditions of an extraction method, coupling GC-MS determination, for the analysis without cleanup phase, of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from sediment samples. The automatic Soxhlet extraction in warm mode (using Extraction System B-811 Standard, Buchi) has demonstrated advantages for automation, reduced extraction time, and lower solvent use than for conventional Soxhlet extraction. Under these conditions, the recoveries are very good as they resulted greater than 85 % and, in most of the cases, near 100 %. Vanadium and molybdenum concentrations in particulate from Palermo (Italy): analytical methods using voltammetry

The main purpose of this work was to develop a reliable method for the determination of vanadium (V) and molybdenum (Mo) in atmosphere particles or aerosols because they can not be readily measured using conventional techniques. For this research, 30 particulate samples were collected from five different stations located at Palermo, Italy. We used the catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetry and differential pulsed voltammetry to measure Vand Mo in atmospheric particulate, respectively.
