Two new heterobimetallic porous coordination polymers with the formula [Fe(TPT)2/3{MI(CN)2}2]¿nSolv (TPT=[(2,4,6-tris(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine]; MI=Ag (nSolv=0, 1¿MeOH, 2¿CH2Cl2), Au (nSolv=0, 2¿CH2Cl2)) have been synthesized and their crystal structures were determined at 120¿K and 293¿K by single-crystal X-ray analysis. These structures crystallized in the trigonal R-3m space group. The FeII ion resides at an inversion centre that defines a [FeN6] coordination core. Four dicyanometallate groups coordinate at the equatorial positions, whilst the axial positions are occupied by the TPT ligand. Analytical solution for the magneto-electro-elastic bimorph beam forced vibrations problem

Based on the Timoshenko beam theory and on the assumption that the electric and magnetic fields can be treated as steady, since elastic waves propagate very slowly with respect to electromagnetic ones, a general analytical solution for the transient analysis of a magneto-electro-elastic bimorph beam is obtained. General magneto-electric boundary conditions can be applied on the top and bottom surfaces of the beam, allowing us to study the response of the bilayer structure to electromagnetic stimuli. Compliance checking for building models, cities and territories involve formalizing a set of model schema knowledge and constraint. The objective of our study is to propose: an information model to federate heterogeneous data sources describing an urban area (building and building environment) along with a method for formally specifying of urban rules. The overall goal we pursue is to be able to query and to verify data against different regulations and/or requirements. The purpose of this article is to describe our approach for interoperability among different data sources (e.g. IFC, CityGML) thus creating a consistent description of an urban area.

Given the high interest in the field of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for Linked Data approaches over the last years, the article at hand presents an evaluation of the main Linked Data vocabularies available for the considered domain. First, Semantic Web layer architecture is presented, along with the 4 main principles of Linked Data. Second, each vocabulary is evaluated according to these 4 principles, while 2 additional ones are added in order to assess the licence associated with the vocabulary (open or not, specified or missing). It has been assumed that sexual ornaments have evolved to reveal males’ health and vigour for females. Choosy females may indirectly use ornaments as an indicator of the presence and effectiveness of genes for resistance against parasites. In this study we tested whether females of the Mediterranean field cricket, Gryllus bimaculatus, can use courtship song as a cue for choosing males with high immunocompetence, measured as encapsulation rate of nylon implants and lytic activity of haemolymph. Recently, fluctuating asymmetry (FA) of morphological traits has attracted great attention as a short-cut measure of individual quality. Whereas there is some evidence that FA of sexual ornaments is negatively associated with immune function, studies concerning FA and immune function in non-ornamental traits are absent.
