Due to the widespread support for public parks and open spaces in urban areas, there is an increasing need to analyse the social benefits that are generated by such amenities. The city of Valencia (Spain) has a large park that can be considered its green backbone due to its transversal layout running along 9 of the 19 districts into which the city is divided. A contingent valuation survey was therefore conducted in order to obtain the non-market benefits derived from the use of this park by the inhabitants of Valencia. However, potential benefits of MPAs to neighboring fisheries are less well-understood. This study quantifies how the European lobster (Homarus gammarus) and the fishery for this valued catch respond to the establishment of a relatively small (5.2 km2) MPA on the Norwegian Skagerrak coast. Bakalaurā darbā tiek pētīta uzņēmējdarbības un komercbanku mijiedarbība. Darbā tiek praktiski pielietota benčmārkinga teorija, salīdzinātie iegūti rezultāti, izveidojot trīsfaktoru lineārā un nelineārā regresiju, kā arī aprēķināti sezonālie indeksi ap pakāpes trendu. Ar benčmārkinga metodes praktisko pielietojumu tiek salīdzinātas lielākās komercbankas pēc korporatīvo klientu skaita. Iegūtie rezultāti, no klientu skata punkta, palīdzēja noteikt labāko komercbanku juridiskām personām, kā arī prognozēt izsniegto kopēju komerckredītu apjoma izmaiņas Latvijā tuvākā divu gada laikā.
