En este trabajo se analiza la relación entre algunos factores de contingencia, el nivel de uso del cuadro de mando integral (CMI) y el beneficio percibido gracias a su aplicación. This essay will examine legislations on benefit corporations across Europe and the US, through a focus on whether or not elections by a corporation – or any other entity – to become a social purpose corporation or to cease to be one entail the arising of a right to withdraw on dissenting shareholders. Starting with the analysis of the legal framework, which applies to operations such as conversions from a for-profit corporation to a benefit corporation or the other way around, the essay will investigate their effects on the right to withdraw of dissenting shareholders both on unincorporated business entities and on corporations.

Benford's law has been promoted as providing the auditors with a turnkey solution for fraud detection. The purpose of this paper is to show it is not always possible to detect fraudulent sales with that law. We use sales in volume of game consoles in Japan (since 1989), in United-States, in France, in Germany and in United-Kingdom (since 2000). After reviewing briefly the literature and our study design, the chi-square test and the bias analysis were used to measure the goodness-of-fit to Benford's law. Il saggio critica la tesi (sostenuta dalla giurisprudenza e da parte della dottrina) secondo cui i beni oggetto di sequestro e di confisca di prevenzione acquisterebbero, già anteriormente alla confisca definitiva, la natura di beni pubblici. Esposte le contraddizioni che questa tesi produce con riferimento alle potestà di c.d. tutela esecutiva, lo scritto dimostra come la qualità pubblica dei predetti beni non possa essere sostenuta mediante l'argomento di una loro comune e necessaria destinazione a funzioni di interesse pubblico.

Abstract: Chemotherapy is currently the only effective approach to treat all forms of leishmaniasis. However, its effectiveness is severely limited due to high toxicity, long treatment length, drug resistance, or inadequate mode of administration. As a consequence, there is a need to identify new molecular scaffolds and targets as potential therapeutics for the treatment of this disease.
