Following the liberation of Western concentration camps, especially Buchenwald (11 April) and Bergen-Belsen (15 April), newspapers in Europe reported a story of cruelty that seemed to surpass every other atrocity story they had told before. This chapter will examine how the liberation news was published in the mainstream British papers. [EN] The participation of politicians in social media is increasingly necessary in order to gain visibility. However, the logic of content dissemination is very different from conventional media. In social media, building a broad and varied base of followers facilitates a greater impact of the message. This article analyses the influence of various individual factors of the candidates on two aspects of the process: variation in the number of followers and multiplatform presence. Lower and Middle Cambrian brachiopods from the Iberian Chains and Sierra Morena (Spain)

Brachiopods from the Lower and Middle Cambrian of the Iberian Chains and Sierra Morena are described. The following taxa occur in the Iberian Chains: "Lingulella" sp., Redlichella cf. bohemica (Barrande), Dictyonina radioplicata sp. n., Micromitra sp., Trematobolus simplex (Vogel), Trematobolus borobiensis sp. n. and Jamesella sp. The taxa "Lingulella" sp. and Sibiria? sp. are reported from the Lower Cambrian of Sierra Morena. Brachiopods constitute several distinct associations: the relatively shallow water Trematobolus assemblage near the Lower-Middle Cambrian boundary interval is followed by the deeper DictyoninaRedlichella assemblage. We report on backward second-harmonic-generation in bulk periodically-poled congruent lithium niobate with a 3.2μm period. A picosecond pulsed laser allowed us exciting a resonance at 1722nm. The resonances were also resolved by temperature tuning.
