Work Stress Relationship with Fear of COVID-19 Among Employees

Darba mērķis bija izpētīt darba stresa saistību ar bailēm no COVID-19. Pētījuma izlase 114 viena uzņēmuma darbinieki, kuri aktīvi pildīja darba pienākumus, kas bija saistīti ar tiešu kontaktu ar klientiem pandēmijas laikā. Izmantotās metodes: Darba stresa anketa, Uztvertā stresa skala; Bailes no COVID-19 skala un demogrāfiskie dati. Uzņēmuma darbiniekiem bija vidēji augsti darba stresa, vidēji uztvertā stresa un zemi bailes no COVID-19 rādītāji. Vidēji cieša saistība bija starp darba stresa un uztvertā stresa, bet vājas saistība starp uztvertā stresa, darba stresa un bailēm no COVID-19 rādītājiem.

Recent studies have suggested that health constructs embraced by the Terror Management Theory (TMT) and the Basic Psychological Needs Theory (BPNT) may drive individuals’ COVID-19 health-related decisions. This study examines the relationships between existential concerns (ECs; within the TMT), basic psychological needs (BPNs; within the BPNT) and COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy (VH), as well as the mediating role of negative attitudes toward COVID-19 vaccines. Teachers’ psychological well-being is a crucial aspect that influences learning in a classroom climate. The aim of the study was to investigate teachers’ emotional intelligence, burnout, work engagement, and self-efficacy in times of remote teaching during COVID-19 lockdown. A sample of 65 teachers (Mage = 50.49), from early childhood through lower secondary education, were recruited during a period of school closure to answer self-report questionnaires and other measures assessing study variables. Šajā bakalaura darbā tika pētīts, kādi piesardzības pasākumi sabiedrības drošības nodrošināšanai pandēmijas laikā pastāv Japānā, kādas noteikumu sistēmas tika ieteiktas iepriekšējās pandēmijās 1918. un 2009. gadā, un tika analizēta un salīdzināta piesardzības pasākumu ieviešana COVID-19 pandēmijas laikā 2020. gadā. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis bija izprast, kādi piesardzības pasākumi tiek rekomendēti kā “noteikumu sistēmas” pandēmiju laikā Japānā mūsdienās un pagātnē, un kādā mērā šādas sistēmas ir līdzīgas vai atšķiras. Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts komunikatīvo dominantu izpētei runātāja retoriskājā portretā COVID-19 situācijā. Autora mērķis ir veikt izteicienu kopuma "stratēģisku" analīzi, kas dod iespēju retoriski attēlot divus ārstus ekspertus: E. Mališevu (Krievija) un U. Dumpi (Latvija). Autors veic komunikācijas stratēģiju realizāciju salīdzinošu analīzi runātāju runā, izmantojot retoriskās ("stratēģiskās") analīzes metodi, identificē pazīmes, kas raksturo izpratni par COVID-19 situāciju, tās prezentācijas specifiku sociālajā vidē pārliecināšanas nolūkos. Darbs var interesēt filologus, kā arī visus lasītājus, kurus interesē šī problēma.
