This paper empirically explored the driving factors of corporate social responsibility (CSR) using survey data from USA and China.Based on the results from a Web survey of more than 400 executives from a diversified sample of companies, the influential CSR drivers betweenUSA and China were compared and contrasted. This Master thesis shows the relations between Belarus and China in comparison to the relations between Poland and China. In the first chapter the author describes the political and economic situation in the three countries. The second chapter states about the political relations between Poland – the People’s Republic of China, Belarus and China, the New Silk Road and 16+1 formats. The third chapter covers the topic of the economic relations between the states. In the chapter no. 4 the author writes about the military cooperation issues. The last chapter shows the future plans and recommendations for the further cooperation.

Until recently scholars who have examined the diffusion of the Italian language in China have focussed on the People’s Republic of China. However, we have proof of early teaching and cultural activities by Italian schools in China since the late 19th century. Purpose Inadequate social networks are often seen as an explanation of the under-representation of women in management. Networks contain culture-specific features, as in China where the term guanxi is used, defined as a shared common identification held by two or more individuals (Jacobs, 1979). In several studies, guanxi has been found to relate positively to success at work both for the individual and the organization, but little is known about it from gender and career perspectives.
