The purpose of the present work is to build a suitable system dynamics model for goal dynamics in organizations, as proposed by Barlas and Yasarcan (2008). The proposed model does not bear any ambition of being exhaustive: the main objective of this paper is to propose a model of goal dynamics in which Goal Setting, Management by Objectives and Training are viewed as human resource practices able to enhance workers' goal commitment, and therefore, improve organizational performance. Abstract Although the literature generally presumes that temporary forms of organizing such as projects are especially suitable for generating innovation, empirical support for this assumption that goes beyond case-based evidence is still scarce. The study at hand aims to close this gap in research by investigating how the characteristics of temporary organizations (TOs) affect an individual's innovative work behavior (IWB). Due usi italiani di "enunciazione"

This article examines two uses of the word enunciation in some recent contributions of the italian semiotics: a) “enunciation” as activation of open semantic potentials (VIOLI 2003) ; b) “enunciation” as modulation of local encyclopedic sections (PAOLUCCI 2010). Thanks to the theoretical resources of two fundamental research programs as Benveniste’s linguistics (LEB) and Culioli’s theory of predicative and enunciative operations (TOPE), we try to demonstrate that these uses are variants of the same general idea, i.e. “actualization” of encyclopedic virtualities. In the last section of the paper, we formulate some questions that remain open in the context of this investigation.

Team Identification and Football Culture

The two previous chapters have shown the importance of identification with the main football clubs in Spanish football culture. While the first chapter presented the fact that 66.8 per cent of Spanish adults identify with a football club, the second — among other aspects — offered a description of the way these feelings of identification have evolved during the 20th century.
