Barriers and wellbeing-oriented enablers of intergenerational innovation in the digital age
2021
AbstractSo far, researchers have used a wellbeing-centered approach to catalyze successful intergenerational collaboration (IGC) in innovative activities. However, due to the subject’s multidisciplinary nature, there is still a dearth of comprehensive research devoted to constructing the IGC system. Thus, the purpose of this study is to fill a research void by providing a conceptual framework for information technology (IT) system designers to use as a jumping-off point for designing an IGC system with a wellbeing-oriented design. Intercultural customer service encounters : a behavioral study of satisfactory and unsatisfactory service outcomes
2012
Ulkomaalaistaustaisten asukkaiden ja turistien määrä Suomessa on kasvanut huomattavasti viime vuosien aikana. Yritysten resurssien ohjaaminen tämän alati kasvavan ja ostovoimaisen asiakaskunnan tarpeiden huomioimiseen voisi edistää asiakaspalvelualan yritysten liiketoimintaa.
